Keith’s hospitality journey has taken him through some of LA’s most iconic venues—from The Standard, EP&LP, Gracias Madre, SBE Restaurants, and SOHO House. Over the years, he’s mastered classic cocktail execution, high-volume bar service, fine-dining precision, and genuine guest connection.

Jade has worked for top event companies in Los Angeles. She brings extensive experience from high-profile restaurants in Los Angeles as well as her enhanced background in event production for clients like Proximo Spirits. She has spearheaded standout brand activations for Great Jones Whiskey, Cristalino Colección, Stranahan’s Whiskey, and Reserva de la Familia, as well as large-scale experiential projects for AAFES, Bar Convent Brooklyn 2025, and the San Diego Food & Wine. Her work seamlessly integrates creativity, logistics, and top-tier service.

Ten years of friendship became the spark behind Blind Tiger LA. It started quietly, over one Friendsgiving, when we shared what we do best with the people we love. Their reaction shifted everything — and that moment became the beginning of Blind Tiger LA. Now, we get to share those same cocktails, that same heart, with the city we call home.
