Keith’s hospitality journey has taken him through some of LA’s most iconic venues—from The Standard, EP&LP, Gracias Madre, MXO Steakhouse, SBE Restaurants, and SOHO House. Over the years, he’s mastered classic cocktail execution, high-volume bar service, fine-dining precision, and genuine guest connection.
Jade complements this with years spent inside renowned LA hotspots like Hinoki & The Bird and Fig & Olive, alongside a robust event-producing career for clients such as Proximo Spirits. She has led standout activations for brands including Great Jones Whiskey, Cristalino Colección, Stranahan’s Whiskey, and Reserva de la Familia — as well as large-scale experiential work with AAFES, Bar Convent Brooklyn 2025, and San Diego Food & Wine. Her work blends creativity, logistics, and premium service at the highest level.
Ten years of friendship became the spark behind Blind Tiger LA. It started quietly, over one Friendsgiving, when we shared what we do best with the people we love. Their reaction shifted everything — and that moment became the beginning of Blind Tiger LA. Now, we get to share those same cocktails, that same heart, with the city we call home.
